Today was a really stressful day for many different reasons, and I started in on a chocolate crazed plan. I needed chocolate, so I looked in the Lazy Susan & lo and behold...A Pillsbury Dark Chocolate cake mix AND Chocolate fudge frosting!
I sensed a plan coming on....
SO, I started mixing up my cake mix when another thought came over me...I had milk chocolate chips in the cupboard! So I went ahead and threw in a bunch of the chocolate chips into the mix.
I could barely wait for the cake to cool to frost it. Once it was frosted, I added more chocolate chips to the top of it & I gotta say...It was delicious!!! It helped re-state my belief that
CHOCOLATE CURES EVERYTHING!!!
I want some! I never keep those mixes around when I actually need them...
