Valentines Fish

For Valentine's day yesterday, I ran around town with my hubby. We intermixed work related errands with personal enjoyment. This means, we went to check the business PO box, and went to the bank for the business. Then we ate out for lunch, went and bought 2 bottles of wine for my French cooking. Then went to the fish store to exchange one of our recent fish purchases who happened to have dropeed dead within the store's 14 day warranty period.

Once at the fish store, we decided we needed even more fish for the fish tank & he let me chose the new additions. I chose guppies. I never thought I'd own guppies, I don't know why I thought this, but I did. That being said, I find myself really enjoying them! The are really pretty.

The one with the blue tail is a male, yellow tail is a female, and the light blue tail is also a female.

Now I'm told guppies are well known for multiplying. And that is OK with me, otherwise I would not have bought the recommended 1 boy to 2 girl ratio. I am NOT going to take the extra time to separate pregnant mothers, and new babies from the other fish, I will leave that up to nature.
